2. License & Software Usage
When you purchase a software license from Rynex, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you selected. Licenses are bound to hardware ID (HWID) and cannot be shared across multiple devices unless explicitly allowed by your plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Rynex cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed via Razorpay. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime; refunds for partial subscription periods are handled case-by-case.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of our software
- Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
7. Changes to Terms
Rynex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
